Services

Strategy, build, run, lead.

One team across the whole lifecycle. You can start anywhere, but the work is designed to flow from understanding into working systems into daily operations.

Advise

AI strategy and advisory

A clear view of where AI will actually pay off in your business. We map your processes by sitting in them, identify the work that is repetitive, document-heavy or judgement-light, and rank it by value and difficulty.

You get a prioritized backlog you can act on with us or with anyone else, an honest read on data readiness, and a recommendation on what to build first and what to leave alone.

Build

Build and ship systems

Working AI systems wired into your real processes and data. Typical builds: document intake and extraction, quoting and order handling, production planning aids, quality and inspection support, customer service in your customers' languages, management reporting, and the internal tools that connect them.

Delivery runs in weekly cycles with your key staff in the loop, so the system is shaped by the people who will use it, not by a specification written before anyone had seen it work.

Run

Managed AI operations

AI systems drift: models change, prompts age, data shifts, dependencies need patching. We run what we build so your team never has to. Monitoring, updates, security maintenance, model upgrades and steady improvement are part of the service, not a change request.

Model and cloud usage is passed through at cost, itemized on every invoice, so you always see what the AI itself costs to run.

Lead

Fractional AI leadership

A senior AI and engineering lead inside your leadership team on a part-time basis. Useful when you have vendors to manage, an internal team to steer, or board questions to answer and no one senior enough in AI to answer them.

Direction, architecture decisions, vendor and hiring evaluation, and a plain-English account of what is and isn't working.

How engagements are shaped

A discovery month, then a monthly retainer

Nearly every engagement starts with a discovery month. It includes the on-site shadow period, the confirmed backlog, and the first working builds, so you see real software before you commit to more.

After that, you rent the team month to month with a short minimum term. The month is the billing period; the week is the delivery cycle. There are no tiers or workstream packages to decode, and pricing is the same wherever you are.

We don't publish rates on the site because the right scope depends on what we find in discovery. Ask and we'll tell you plainly.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people aren't. Describe the problem and we'll tell you where it fits, or whether it fits at all.
