Small at the top, large at the keyboard
Around the founders sits a delivery team built for the way we work: development leads who direct agent teams, customer success people who live with the client's staff, and a bench of senior engineers we bring in as engagements need them.
Then there are the agents. For every engagement we stand up a team of AI agents in product, analysis, development, QA, documentation and maintenance roles, working around the clock under a human lead. It is the reason a company our size can deliver every week, and the reason we stay small at the top: the judgement has to stay with people who've earned it.
Between us we have built and led teams in the US, Vietnam, Japan, Australia and Europe. We work in English internally and in your stakeholders' language on site. We've been the international leadership of local teams ourselves; we know what gets lost in translation, and we've built the process so it isn't.
One zebra is prey. A herd is a dazzle.
On its own, a zebra is an easy target. It isn't the fastest animal on the plain or the strongest, and its stripes make it stand out against the grass.
Then the herd closes ranks. The stripes run together, and to a predator the individuals disappear into one huge, shifting shape with no clear edge to attack. Biologists have a name for a group of zebras moving like this: a dazzle. The animals don't get stronger. Their pattern does. Together, they thrive where alone they wouldn't last a season.
